Relaxing bike rides take you through the unique natural landscape—where farm cafés invite you to take a coffee break with delicious homemade treats. This light-filled, approximately 55-square-meter, two-bedroom vacation apartment—completed in 2022—is located in the heart of Sierksdorf. The modern apartment is located in the cozy attic of a three-unit townhouse with a great view of the Baltic Sea and comfortably accommodates up to 3 people.
From the living area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—just a 300-meter walk away—via the French balcony. The new high-gloss brand-name kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and a microwave. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in rain shower. In addition to the floor heating, there is an additional heated towel rack, a motion-activated light sensor, and an electrically operated skylight. The modern bedroom features a large box-spring bed (2x 90x200 cm). Modern smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a radio/CD player, and Google Nest round out the amenities. The living room and bedroom can be comfortably darkened with electric exterior roller shades. A fold-out bed (approx. 80x180 cm) is available for a third guest.
An underground parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the basement storage room belonging to the apartment.
The rental price is valid for up to 2 people; additional guests will be charged an extra fee per night.
Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and towels can be provided for a fee of 55 EUR. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own (box spring bed with a topper over both mattresses; bed dimensions are 180 x 200). Visitor’s tax is charged separately.
Please note that the outdoor area of this new apartment complex is not yet fully completed, but construction noise is not expected. The apartment is, of course, fully equipped and furnished and is not affected by the ongoing construction work.
