In the history of Sierksdorf, this area is referred to as the “Riviera of the North.” The impressive chestnut tree-lined avenue was a famous subject of the painter Schmitt-Rottluff. The well-maintained complex is primarily used by the owners as a second home. It is approximately 100 meters to the beautiful, gently sloping beach. The guest house, an adventure playground, and a ball game area are located in the immediate vicinity.
