This villa features a large infinity-edge pool with a resort-like waterfall, a fully equipped kitchen, a grand entrance that greets you with royalty, and a rooftop deck that allows you to take in the breathtaking 180-degree ocean view that spans from Red Hook, St. Thomas, to Cruz Bay, St. John. All rooms are on the upper level. With access to pickleball and basketball court

Sky View is about a 10-minute drive to the popular Red Hook restaurants, the nightlife district, and the St. John ferry terminal.
It’s a 9 minutes walk to nearby Vessup Beach and the Ritz Carlton Beach. Sky View Villa sits on the walking route used by many Ritz Carlton hotel guests for their early morning walk. The picturesque view from the deck shows a very active boating waterway that’s the home of the annual St. Thomas International sailing regatta and the passageway for many mega yachts and local inter-island ferry boats.

Very nice home with a fantastic view. Highly recommend you rent a car as that’s the easiest way to get around, although taxis are easily available. The home is a short drive to Red Hook which made access to restaurants and the St John and BVI ferries very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Girls trip! There were four of us for a five night stay in St Thomas. This house is absolutely beautiful, very modern. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.You will see awesome sunrises from the top deck and incredible sunsets from the main floor pool deck. New construction and there is still more going on. You will need a car or car service to get anywhere besides a neighborhood walk.

Great property in Red Hook. Convenient location to many restaurants and car ferry to St John. Home was well stocked with necessary supplies and features great amenities.

We stayed at the house for 3 days before a charter trip. The house is perfect. The owners provide everything you could possibly need. They even found us the best taxi service on this island. They were so responsive and frienldy. We will be back!!
