Walking distance to town, phenomenal views, very bc comfortable space, and outstanding support from the staff.
It’s a very short walk from Cruz Bay but up a steep incline on a road with no sidewalks, so could be a little dicey for someone with mobility issues or pushing a stroller etc

The house felt hot upon entry, which made me nervous. The AC and fans made it so cold so fast, I slept in a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Very comfy bed, extremely walkable to downtown.

The view, it was very clean, the bed and couch was comfortable, and the AC and fan worked well. Convenient location to Dolphin Market for food and could walk into town.
The cleaning fee of $350 is outrageous considering they require you to clean, do the dishes, and take out all the trash before you leave. They should have beach towels if they're going to charge that much for cleaning.
The refrigerator doesn't keep cold but they sent someone to look at it.
The streaming services didn't work because the Wi-Fi is spotty.
