About this house rental
Enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by nature in the cozy vacation home "la casa del guardiano della torre 2" in the municipality of Trinità d'Agultu in the north of Sardinia. The 40m² vacation home consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and a fan.
The private outdoor area of the house includes a garden with outdoor shower and a furnished terrace. Here you can barbecue together or relax on one of the deck chairs and enjoy the lateral sea view.
The nearest beach (Spiaggia Longa) is only a 5-minute drive (2.9km) away. Numerous other beaches and romantic bays in the area are waiting to be discovered by you. In Isola Rossa, also only about 2.5km away, there are also several restaurants, cafes, bars and 3 supermarkets. Olbia airport can be reached in just under 90 minutes (78km) by car.
Parking is available on the property and on the street. Wi-Fi is not available. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. There is a shared laundry area with two washing machines.

Pros: La vue exceptionnelle.
Cons: la maison est mitoyenne d'un coté et proche d'une autre location de l'autre coté.
Nous étions au centre et les 2 autres locations étaient louées par des amis qui passaient devant notre terrasse régulièrement, ce qui n'est pas l'idéal pour être tranquille. Mais heureusement, les 2 couples étaient charmants.
Par contre location à recommander si vous partez à plusieurs couples en ayant chacun votre intimité.
