The Villa - A private driveway surrounded by greenery leads to the entrance veranda, spacious and sheltered, perfect for enjoying outdoor living. Inside, a bright and cool living room welcomes you with rustic furnishings and authentic details, such as old fishermen’s baskets transformed into lamps. The masonry kitchen and dining area reflect the rustic character of traditional country homes. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a double with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the sea-view veranda, and a twin with bunk beds. Two additional bathrooms complete the house.
The Outdoors - Villa Flavia is surrounded by gardens and verandas that provide intimacy and peace. Sun loungers and outdoor tables invite you to relax at any time of day, while pathways and green corners allow for quiet strolls among the vegetation. Time here flows slowly, accompanied only by the wind and the song of crickets.
The Surroundings - The stazzu is located in La Scalitta, above the magnificent Li Feruli beach: vast, white, and wild, loved by the few who reach it with a short walk. Just a few minutes’ drive away are Badesi, with all essential services, and Isola Rossa, a lively seaside town full of life, restaurants, and attractions. We had a great stay in this lovely house in Sardinia. The place is quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view – especially at sunset. We spent every evening on the spacious, shaded terrace, just enjoying the moment.We were four, with two girls aged 7 and 10, and the house suited us perfectly. It’s comfortable, well equipped, and full of charm.The only small downside was the lack of air conditioning, specially at night – it got a bit warm during our stay. But everything else was perfect, and we’d love to come back!

Villa Flavia is located in the hills above Isola Rossa and Spiaggia Li Ferulli. You have an amazing view over the sea with a beautiful sunset in the evening.
The property is quite big with enough space for up to six people. There are two bathrooms and on each side a huge terrace to sit on.
The host was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to come again some time.
