Step inside to a bright, open living area featuring a refaced faux fireplace, a comfortable pullout sofa, and a large wall‑mounted smart TV. Sliding doors lead to one of the largest decks in Kingston Plantation, providing plenty of space to relax, dine, or simply enjoy the peaceful water views.
The open dining area seats six at the table, with room for four more at the eat‑at bar. The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, refaced cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cookware and bakeware—everything you need whether you're preparing simple snacks or full family meals.
The primary bedroom offers a king‑size bed, a private en‑suite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo, and direct access to the back deck—perfect for morning coffee with a view. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, access to the hall bathroom, and its own small private patio, providing a quiet retreat for additional guests.

The unit was exactly as described and super clean. Kingston Plantation is a great resort. My kids enjoyed watching the turtles from the bridge. My teenager was able to walk to Starbucks, which was located in the Embassy Suites hotel across from us. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate and really close. Communication was amazing. Courtney and Rachelle were both so kind! I would definitely recommend staying here.
