We had a beautiful stay, the view is just stunning and definitely worth the stay. The only negative thing is that is it very very humid, I would suggest owners add a dehumidifier but other that than it was percect

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony and master bedroom. About a 10-15 minute Bolt ride to Funchal depending on traffic. Great neighborhood. Beautiful pool area and cooking area outside in the complex on the ground level. Would stay here again!

Staying at this property was overall a positive experience. The location was fantastic although is on top of a steep hill so know that for driving purposes.
I do wish they left more supplies at the house such as toilet paper and more towels for bathing but those are small things.
NO AC and no fans which surprised me but, we went in July and were pretty comfortable without those things.
