Enjoy your stay in this splendid house.
Located in a gated community with convenient freeway access. This 4 bed 2 bathroom house is minutes from Davis-Monthan, downtown, and less than 20 minutes from U of A.
Enjoy the amenities offered within the community, including a hot tub, pool, basketball court and fitness center.
As you enter the house, you’re greeted by the cozy living room offering a big sectional couch, books, and a 65 inch Smart TV. Continue on, and you’ll find yourself in the dining room- complete with a very nice wooden table with bench seating so the whole family can sit. Find out what Tucson has to offer by browsing the brochures on the table. To the left of the dining room, you’ll find the laundry room, two Queen-sized rooms, and a massive shared bathroom. Further on, we hope you enjoy our kitchen- complete with updated stainless steel appliances, spices, pots, pans, glasses, coffee cups, Tupperware, a Keurig, Crockpot and a pressure cooker! Enjoy your meals in the dining room, or at the breakfast bar in the kitchen! Just past the kitchen is the den where you’ll find a reclining couch and another Smart TV. Down the hall to the left is another Queen guest room as well as the King-sized master suite are located. Continue into the back yard and spend your evening relaxed under the beautiful lit up pergola with a fire pit nearby and natural desert cacti all around.
Guests will gave access to the entire house and community amenities with the exception of the garage.

The home was in a perfect location. The home was very clean and the owner was very responsive and easy to connect and work with. We came down to visit a friend and enjoyed our entire stay. We will definitely book here again!!

We stayed for my daughter's graduation from UofA. The house was clean and accommodating for our family. It was further from UofA than I anticipated, but that was my fault, not the hostess. Communication was great and I would recommend this place for a visit to Tucson.

The house is lovely and the layout allowed both kids to have space. The backyard is wonderfully decorated and we took some nice family pictures. Few details on decorating and communication to smooth out but overall a nice time.
