This is our second time staying at Sandra’s property. Our first time was Christmas of 2023 with our 1 year old. The experience and service was amazing then and even better this most recent time. The condo was clean and homey when we entered. We received all the info prior to check-in making it stress free after traveling all day. The location of the property is the perfect distance to Disney World or Universal Studios. Also, plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. We also had access to laundry, pool, hot tub, grills, and a dumpster. The kitchen came equipped with everything we may have needed for our stay-including appliances like a coffee pot and a blender. Pull out couch in the living room and tv’s in both the living room and the bedroom. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting. We look forward to staying at Sandra’s property in the future!

We just needed a place to call home while in town for the world cup paintball tournament. This was perfect!

We liked the fact that it's not far from Disney. We liked that it was super quiet. And easy parking. The room could have been a little bit cleaner. Meaning the pull out bed should be cleaned better.

Easy place to lay your head down at night. No frills about this place. Please note this unit is on the first floor and there are tenants above that make noise and seemed to have young children running early in the morning. Being a mother this did not bother me but could see it being an annoyance to others looking to relax. Pool was steps away from unit which we enjoyed and two beach towels were provided. Bathroom could use a fan to eliminate metals rusting and mold. Unit was very clean and host was great with communication.
