This is our second time staying at Sandra’s property. Our first time was Christmas of 2023 with our 1 year old. The experience and service was amazing then and even better this most recent time. The condo was clean and homey when we entered. We received all the info prior to check-in making it stress free after traveling all day. The location of the property is the perfect distance to Disney World or Universal Studios. Also, plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. We also had access to laundry, pool, hot tub, grills, and a dumpster. The kitchen came equipped with everything we may have needed for our stay-including appliances like a coffee pot and a blender. Pull out couch in the living room and tv’s in both the living room and the bedroom. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting. We look forward to staying at Sandra’s property in the future!

We just needed a place to call home while in town for the world cup paintball tournament. This was perfect!

We liked the fact that it's not far from Disney. We liked that it was super quiet. And easy parking. The room could have been a little bit cleaner. Meaning the pull out bed should be cleaned better.

I stayed here during the Disney Marathon weekend. The place sleeps 4, which is enough room to spread all my running gear out and still be able to sleep or hang out on the couch. The kitchen was stocked adequately to cook my meals.
Things I liked:
First floor, after running a marathon first floor was essential
VERY close to WDW. From doorstep to EPCOT was 10 min, which is better than most WDW hotels. From doorstep to Disney Springs , even with traffic, was 15 min. Still better than most WDW resorts.
It was clean. Even when my stuff rolled under the bed or couch and I had to reach to get it. Didn’t find anyone’s left over hair or dirt.
It was safe. I didn’t fear for my safety or my car or anyone around me. I made breakfast in the morning with the door wide open and didn’t think twice about my safety. This building was far enough from Hwy 192 that I didn’t worry and the area was safe too Saw lots of people waiting for busses or walking
Things to keep in mind:
It is close to interstate 4 with road noise. I slept well so maybe not that big of a problem
You will hear the people upstairs. Which was just fine. However there were guests upstairs for a night or two who where running from room to room dragging chairs with them - no lie. And I had to be up at 3am to race. The other guests while I was there were very polite and I was able to sleep at 8pm
