This 55 m² cottage welcomes you for a stay with family, friends or business trips.
It is located in the heart of Beauce, north of Loiret, 1h30 from Paris, and 30 minutes from Orléans and Pithiviers.
Many activities are possible: meeting the animals at the Ferme des petits bergers, swimming at the Aquanova aquatic center, walking, cycling or horseback riding...

You will appreciate the large garden to relax. The single-storey gîte (adjoining the owner) includes a living room with fitted kitchen open to the living room (with convertible sofa 140x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed 160x190 cm (or two single beds 80x190 cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Private parking in the courtyard. Private terrace and open garden shared with the owner.
