About this villa rental
An exclusive and beautiful holiday villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca, for 18 people, with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
We proudly present this exquisite and one-of-a-kind villa in Moraira, Villa Cielo, where luxury and comfort meet in perfect harmony. This home is designed to accommodate up to 18 guests, complete with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for large groups or families seeking an unforgettable holiday.
Villa Cielo consists of two houses. The main home is spread over three levels as follows.
Middle level: an open living and dining area with TV and comfortable 6-seat sofa. From here you have direct access to the outside pool and terrace. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The bedroom on this level has a double bed and a private balcony boasting breathtaking views. The separate bathroom has a bathtub.
Top level: a spacious bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and a private balcony. Two more bedrooms, each with two single beds, shared balcony and one bathroom down the hall.
Bottom level: the place to relax and indulge. There’s an open living room with a TV and comfortable sofa to relax. There’s a fitness room, snooker table and indoor pool (can be heated on request, see conditions below). This level also has two bedrooms, each with double bed, and 1 shared bathroom.
The second home is independent, next to the main house, and has two levels. It is distributed as follows.
Top level: an open living room with two sofas and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with bar. A bedroom with a double bed and beautiful view, and a separate bathroom.
Bottom level: two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy for all guests.
The outdoor area is a true oasis, designed to enhance your enjoyment and relaxation. There’s an 8x4 outdoor infinity pool and lounge area with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The covered dining area and complete outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, gas BBQ, guarantees unforgettable culinary experiences. Engage in a friendly competition with a game of table tennis, ensuring endless fun for everyone.
All rooms are equipped with airconditioning. The main house also benefits from central gas heating. Private parking is available for two cars, while free parking is conveniently located on the street. And of course, there is free fiber internet throughout both houses.

Indoor pool heating:
The *indoor* pool can be heated on request. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump.
Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 18 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

The villa was exceptional!It was large, well appointed, comfortable, with views to match! Everything you would want for a week's holiday! There were 8 of us on a weeks cycling "training camp". We call it that so our partners don't think we are on holiday but it's tough to say that with such a lovely villa.. The double edge sword of having such a terrific view from the villa however is the cycle back at the end of the day.. easy in a car but not a walk or cycle you'd want to do.. unless you are 8 athletes.. A great place we all said we would come back to!

Contact with the organization was good and pleasant. They responded quickly to any questions. The accommodations are neat and fully equipped. A good kitchen for a large group. The location of the accommodations is challenging, but you quickly get used to it, rewarded with a beautiful view.
There were no garbage bags, and there were no clear instructions on how to separate waste. Unfortunately, we were confronted twice with no water, which is really inconvenient with a large group of athletes. It would have been helpful to have known beforehand that work was being done on the water supply to the accommodation.

The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very large and never felt cramped with 18 adults. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to cook and eat together. The location is very high on steep and winding bends. This makes for an excellent view. A car is advised for getting around!
The team were very responsive to our messages during the week. We encountered a few issues with the villa maintenance, for example we had 2 days of cold showers as the boiler had broken (but they did replace it quickly). We also had a few leaking air con units - they were fixed so that rooms could be cool, however one room had significant mold from a damp wall. We found the costa blanca dreams team to be excellent in assisting us and we're very grateful.

The whole villa is phenomenal, a superb location, a 10 plus the agency and staff at Costablanca Dreams are extraordinarily professional.
