The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and includes: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances Stackable washer and dryer Spacious living area with ample seating Uncovered back porch with a large deck and fire pitThe outdoor space is a true highlight. Gather around the fire pit, enjoy a barbecue on the oversized deck, or simply relax outdoors with your group while soaking in the fresh air.
Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: Features a king bed, multiple windows for natural light, dresser, two nightstands, and a large flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, double vanity, and toilet. Guest Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds (twin over queen), a dresser, two nightstands, flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo, tiled walls, vanity, and toilet. This property is your go to if you want quietness and away from all the hussel and bussel of the shore. It most definitely could have been a lot cleaner!

Con: Biggest fault for this property was the cleanliness. The white couches had a lot of dog hair & stains. The rugs & floors seemed to be untouched by a vacuum or broom (I ended up vacuuming) & the kitchen could have used a good wipe down. The freezer handle was broke, as well as the door knob to the back door.
Pro: the bathroom showers & sinks were cleaner than the rest of the home & stocked with toiletries. We Liked the location of the property & it was an easy, quick drive to North Myrtle & Myrtle Beach. Appreciated the spacious fenced yard, our pups enjoyed being able to run around.
The property management staff is a 10/10. Everyone I communicated with was very nice and apologetic, they also offered to fix the issue's that I sent pictures of before our stay was over.

The sofa smelt really bad and there was dog hair, cigarettes, and pieces of trash on and behind sofas. The bathroom trash was not emptied and the shower curtain was hanging by 2 hooks. Overall we loved the location and the house itself for the price. We just feel as if it should be cleaner since we pay a cleaning fee.
