We had a really nice stay at this property. The house was laid out in a way that functioned well for our family and I liked that the neighborhood was gated. It was close enough to Legoland and Disney. This house was extremely clean and exceeded my expectations in that regard. The owner was very communicative and friendly and I would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this host was! My husband and his line crew were in the area restoring power. Because of the power outages, they didnt jave hotel rooms and were sleeping in their trucks. I contacted Sameer with many questions and I always got a prompt response. He assisted me with helping them find a location to park their work trucks and even called me personally to make sure the men were ok and comfortable. Although i did not get the see the property personally, the guys said it was nothing short of amazing! Because he was so thankful for the guys work, he allowed them to stay the weekend free of charge as the app wouldnt allow me to book until monday. I 100% all around recommend this host!! Thank you sameer and family for making this so comfortable and easy!

The communication with the property managers was stellar. Anything I needed, they were helpful and accommodating. The house is spotless and has everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend that if you are in the area and looking for a place for you and your family, you give this house a try. You will not be disappointed. For reference, there was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children 8 and under. There was plenty of space for us not to feel crowded. We stayed there awaiting our cruise from the port of Tampa.
