Having stayed in Florida multiple times over the last 30 years Villa Eman is quite simply the best villa we have ever stayed in. The villa is immaculately clean and well presented on a secure gated community 2 minutes drive from Haines City, adjacent to Southern Dunes golf course and about 20 minutes drive from the theme parks. The villa is huge with 5 large bedrooms all beautifully equipped and presented. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with doors leading directly to the pool area. The pool and hot tub are immaculate and well maintained, the pool area is surrounded and secured with a lanai and provides excellent cover in the heat of the day. The BBQ provided easily feeds a large family. Sameer, our host, went above and beyond what could ever be expected. He was always contactable and responded to any texts / calls immediately and far exceeded our expectations. Quite simply we couldn't have expected a better level of service or villa. The games rooms (garage) is wonderfully equipped with PS5, pool table and assorted gaming machines meaning that everyone can keep themselves entertained 24/7. The villa, and your host Sameer, are an absolute 10/10 and I cannot recommend highly enough, so much so we are currently looking at returning in 2027. Do not hesitate booking this villa. Its an absolute diamond 10/10

The Villa was clean and big. Everything we need was available and even had groceries delivered before we arrived which was nice. Pool was clean and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids loved the games room and we all relaxed after being in the parks playing pool together which was nice family time. We felt the Street was safe and had security at the gate. Great communication with owner that went above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday and smooth as it can be.

I had an accident on check-in day and couldn’t get there. Sameer made exceptions for my family’s comfort and convenience which helped make their stay perfect. Every call from them spoke of the fun and games they enjoyed and the convenience of the location. There’s no way I could have housed 10 people so comfortably any where else at that price. I will definitely book again so I can experience it for myself. Sameer is exceptional!
