✹ The home is located on a quiet, calm street in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood. From here you can walk to Penmar Park, Recreation Centre, and Playground in around 2-5 minutes.

Maximum number of guests is 4 any additional person will result in $100 fine per person

The apartment is not on a Main Street, the entrance is on the alley, that was a little strange! The apartment was not clean, Mansour was extremely professional and offer to send the cleaning crew right over, I actually had my own cleaning person come and clean the place, Mansour offered to credit me for the cleaning, he also send over new sheets for the beds. There are 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, there is only one air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms, it was pretty hot inside during our stay, also the oven did not work, again Mansour sent a portable oven, which we did not use, but that was very nice of him.We stayed 22 days. The area is centrally located. I wished the description would say that the entrance was in the alley, it was really odd when you order Uber, or Uber eats or Amazon, it was hard for anyone to find the apartment. I think it’s good for a short stay!
