Very modern kitchen, easy to prepare breakfast. Lots of outdoor space options to enjoy breakfast.
Nice safe neighbourhood. Near to Venice beach , airport
Good parking , good WiFi. Clothes washing facilities
It would be handy to have a clothes drying rack for outside to dry towels clothes instead of using the drying. It’s not a criticism just an observation.

La maison était très confortable, très bien décoré et très chaleureuse.
Les chambres confortables et spacieuses.
La salle de bains propre et fonctionnelle.
La cuisine ultra bien équipée et pratique.
Très belle terrasse à l’arrière de la maison.
Séjour ultra confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour s’y sentir bien.
La communication a été très facile.
Très bien situé pour allez à Santa Monica, Venice Beach ou le centre ville de Los Angeles à 30 min environ.
Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité.
Très facile de se garer dans la rue devant la maison.
La route très très passante malgré le quartier résidentiel donc nuisances sonores qui vont avec.
Et des travaux chez le voisin à 7h du matin.
Tarif élevé mais c’est tout Los Angeles qui est très cher.

Heel veel regels. Een A4 vol. Onderzetter gebruiken onder glazen, aanrecht mocht niet nat worden ivm kwetsbaarheid, vintage meubels dus daar ook mee oppassen. En zo nog meer. parkeerbeleid rondom onderkomen, Airco werkte nauwelijks, stonden wel ventilatoren,
