Want to get away to relax or have some quality time with the family? This 3 bedroom, 2 bath canal home with heated pool that sleeps 6, will make you feel like you’re at home away from home. We would love to welcome you to our special place!
This is a great home that has everything you need, all at a great value! For safety there are camera's for the front door and to the back dock area only. No viewing access to pool, lanai or in home. Take advantage of this peaceful retreat located in the beautiful Yacht club area of Cape Coral. The quaint village-like atmosphere is famous for it's selection of restaurants, bars, and shopping, not to mention the home is walking or a bike ride distance or 5 min drive to the beautiful yacht club beach!
You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which boasts 1400 square feet and is a single floor plan, perfect for little ones or anybody who is uncomfortable with stairs. It includes a master suite where you can relax in a king bed while watching your favourite shows or movies on a large TV and a desk if you need to work. Has a large walk in closet and newly renovated master bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large closet, TV and sliding doors out to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has 2 double/full beds with a large closet and TV. Newly renovated guest bathroom with walkin shower.
The large living room is open and inviting and connects through to the dining room, kitchen and outdoor patio creating a very comfortable living area for the whole family. The kitchen has a full sized range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. For your morning coffee you have a choice between a Keurig or 12 cup Coffee maker to enjoy.
This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, all kitchen utensils and many small appliances necessary to prepare any meal, if you choose!
The living room is fully equipped with two comfortable leather couches, lots of open and sunny windows plus a large flat screen television with full cable channels. Has 3 large pocket patio doors that open to the pool area to enjoy an evening breeze. Stay connected with free WIFI (internet). The dining room has a beautiful solid wood table with seating for 8. From the brand new vinyl flooring throughout the home, newly renovated bathrooms, linens available in all the bedrooms and bathrooms and central air/heating, this house does not miss a step.
While the inside of the house is a treat by itself, the large, fully fenced, beautifully landscaped backyard and screened in pool area will make you want to spend your whole vacation here at Villa Palm. This is our second visit and once again it was perfect! I think my favorite feature is all of the outdoor living space. We ate every meal under the covered patio and spent so much time at the pool. We watched the bowl games on the patio and it was delightful!Everything you could need is provided! A fully stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, plenty of beach towels, lots of outdoor seating...even hangars! I have rented many different times at places that I needed to go out and buy hangars...this host has thought of everything!!I love that the neighborhood has sidewalks. We walked every morning...only 1 mile to the Cape Coral Beach. The hosts checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. Super helpful book with directions and things to do in the area.We had the best time!!

This was a wonderful house with everything you will need for a trip and more. Host communication was fantastic, location was perfect being close to restaurants, grocery stores and other fun things to do like breweries, distilleries and more. Canal access was super close to the River and then a short run to the Gulf and the house was very well-maintained and clean.We couldn't be more pleased with our stay as everything was seamless with check in/check out, a very responsive host and an extremely well stocked home. The pictures accurately showcase the home and dock. We brought our boat and couldn't be happier with the location and canal access. One thing to note is you cannot store your trailer on premise but we found Big Toys about 20 min away to store the trailer for a week and they pro-rate so something to keep in mind. Overall, a great place...we had friends stay in another home close but this home was nicer and stocked much better.

Everything we could possibly need was there! The kitchen had everything we could think of for cooking. More than enough towels, beach towels, bedding/blankets, pool floats, I was completely amazed at the attention to detail by Kelly and Robert. We spent most of our time outdoors - the TV outside was a special treat for March Madness Basketball games and the pool was the perfect spot for most of our days. We have 2 small dogs and the outdoor area was perfect for them as well. The ceiling fan and lights under the covered part made evening meal time a joy.The street isn't that busy and we loved the neighborhood. Taking a walk in the morning was even easier due to the sidewalks. The location was great for getting to the places we like to shop and dine out.We had such an incredible time that we already booked again!
