LARGE PATIO AND POOL ENCLOSURE COMPLETE WITH HEATED POOL! Beautiful sunsets. This home has had a complete renovation. This is a clean, fresh and fully furnished home, comfortable for six people. The home is a very short distance to the Caloosahatchee River and has direct access, just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Located near the yacht club and beach area in a very safe neighborhood. It has a large pool, a dock for fishing, and parking a boat on the canal. It has an open floor plan with three bedrooms (king, queen and queen), three full baths, large living room, Florida/sitting room, a sliding glass door off of the kitchen that opens to the pool and patio, fully supplied kitchen and nice laundry room. The third bathroom is pool side, grill is available, along with plenty of outdoor seating in the enclosed pool/lanai area.
This home is in a pedestrian friendly area with sidewalks leading to restaurants and shopping, easy bike riding and walking. The beach is a very short distance away. Come enjoy Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area with many establishments within a 5 mile radius.

This is the second time we were able to stay here and it did not disappoint. Beautiful home, near the beach for relaxing walks and the pool area is just fantastic. We spent all of our time in the pool or outside relaxing. Perfect relaxing vacation to reset for the new year. House has everything you could possibly need. Just wonderful.

AMAZING PROPERTY. Owner is extremely kind, responsive and helpful. Pool is THE BEST with great views (specially at night). Home is comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Stayed here two years in a row- loved it. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is somewhat updated, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need! Great location...close to the yacht club....we walked to the pier everyday. Cheri was responsive to any questions that we had, but we really didn’t have any issues.The only drawback is the fact the pool was not heated so we didn’t get to use it much. They are updating the pool area in March so maybe that will change in the future.
