pro's - Unit was nicely furnished and equipped. Nice and comfortable furnishings and beds. Lovely art on the walls apparently done by the owner. Pleasant view from veranda. Nicely maintained grounds.con's - wifi NEVER worked the entire time we were there. We communicated via texts with I-trips who tried to be responsive and sent out a rep to check it. He said it WAS connected and should work. However, it would never let us actually log in. So we had to use our I phone as hotspots the entire time we were there. We also were without a TV the first couple of days. Both of these issues left us pretty dissatisfied with this property. One other really annoying thing was a persistent Noise (like a drum beating noise) that apparently emanates from the air conditioning units on the roof and we were in this top floor unit. We had at least 3 power surges during our 10 day stay when all the digital clocks required resetting. Follows are suggestions for the owner which we do NOT feel need to be published on VRBO:1. Get the light fixture in the guest bedroom repaired/replaced - it is unsightly and looks like a safety hazard. 2. Change the bulbs in the island lamp pendants so they match 3. Repair the wall behind the towel rack in the Master bath - it looks really tacky as is 4. Grab bars in both showers sure would be a good idea - 5. The unit could use a deep cleaning like around floor and tub corners, tracks for the sliders on the patio

We loved the location and Siesta Key. Very clean place and amazing ocean view. Overall, we enjoyed the private beach. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.
