About this apartment rental
Our 2nd floor, end unit condo has been completely updated. The floor plan was opened up to provide a nice airy feel and to enjoy the water view. All furniture, flooring and fixtures are new. The entry hall has a bench to store your flip-flops and other beach gear and keys to our beach cabana are hanging on the wall. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, electric range, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. Stainless steel double sink with garbage disposal and granite counter tops. Living room has leather love seats and ottoman. A new wall-mounted 48” HD Flat-screen TV with HD enabled Cable TV, DVD player ,receiver and Bose Surround Sound system. If you can't manage to leave work behind there is a desk and high–speed Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity included. The lanai overlooks one of two pools on the property and also enjoys a view of the docks and little Sarasota Bay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large bureau for clothes. Walk in closet has plenty of space and is where you can find beach mats and towels. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a Grohe shower system. Towels, linens and bedding are provided. Guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds. Guest bathroom has bathtub and shower.

We had a fabulous two weeks at this condo located at the south end of Siesta Key. The grounds of the property are beautifully situated between the gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay with access to both. Deb's condo was spacious with two large bedrooms and baths. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, screened lanai for cocktails and beautiful views of the bay and pool. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. I hope we can come back again next year! Wonderful vacation!

All we can say is this has been the best Vacation place ever! Deb had everything you needed and was great to work with for the condo and beach. The condo was really clean the view was absolutely beautiful. Not far from the beach, pool, fishing dock and restaurants we will definitely be coming back. You want regret trying this place out the only problem you might have is leaving!
