Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops, including San Roc Cay.
Disclaimer: Google Maps lists the beach as a 2-minute walk, though most guests find it's closer to a 10–15 minute stroll, depending on pace and route.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. 7-Night Minimum Required.

The size of the condo and the balcony.

We loved our stay! Master bedroom had been updated and curtains behind bed were gone. Condo looked so much better in person!It was just perfect for our family. Kitchen was easy to cook in and had the basics we needed. The washer and dryer there were helpful too! There was construction going on that woke us up every morning at 725 but I didn’t care because I was ready to start my day in paradise! The beach access to the gulf side isn’t very walkable but to the bay side it’s amazingly easy and beautiful. We woke up everyday to beautiful sunrises & watched boats going in and out and all the action was just fun to watch and enjoy from the huge balcony that had plenty of furniture. It over looks the huge pool and docks and boat slips and bay. Just like the pictures but way better. We chartered a Tritoon boat captained by Margaret through boatsetter.
She was able to drop us right off at our dock and pick up other passengers too. It was the highlight of our trip. This condo location made us think of that and just was the icing on the cake. Book the condo, book with Margaret and relax in paradise! Cheers!
