About this house rental
No Party Event on this Listing! Located a stone's throw from Lake Lewisville. Enjoy those long Texas nights on any one of the three covered patios, including an over-sized upstairs balcony with spectacular views of the Lake. The home boasts many modern touches such as a waterfall kitchen island, and game area. A sizable backyard completes this truly impressive estate. The whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3700 square foot single family home has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The sprawling floor plan includes an ensuite FULL bath in EVERY bedroom and a full bath conveniently located in the 3-car garage. This home includes many clever and convenient accents, including a walk-through pantry, mudroom, large utility room, game room, separate office, and dual walk-in closets in the primary suite.
Each bedroom has a 50" smart tv.
Security Ring cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only the exterior of the house. Ring camera doorbell at the front door, 1 at the front the house, 1 in the front of the garage, another 1 facing the driveway and 2 facing the backyard. The 2 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the upstairs balcony, downstairs patio and hot tub. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.
We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. Though this house can sleep 30 people, there is an extra guest fee of $25 per head after the first 6 guests.

Our son got married at Hillside Estate and this VRBO served our family and the groomsmen so well! The space was fantastic with numerous bathrooms and beds for everyone! The area is perfect! Quiet but near so many things! The high chair and pack and plays were wonderful for my granddaughters.I might would suggest a removable stair gate if you are bringing a toddler. Would absolutely book this wonderful home again!

Kids loved the big room with the 10 separate beds. They called it the Barracks or the Orphanage, haha (hope that's not insensitive). Good time and great host. Only had a question or two, and she got right back with us.

Fantastic location in Lakewood Village near Little Elm. The home was extremely clean and well stocked for guests. Several bedrooms had its own bathroom with tub/shower that would benefit a big family traveling together. In addition, they have an exterminator that routinely sprays for bugs and spiders-didn’t even see one. They have a three car garage and we parked our rental car inside every night. We were in town for a wedding in Aubrey, Texas and enjoyed that immensely. For local eats, we had Hutchins BBQ for lunch and brunch at two spots: Leo’s brunch house and old west diner in Denton, Texas. Aubrey has a great little diner off of Main Street that we wanted to go to, but couldn’t make it. This location definitely deserves its Premier rating- You will not be disappointed. I sent a text and within just a few minutes I got a reply back. Booking, check-in and checkout was smooth. Lastly, the location is in a very safe/low crime neighborhood. You will enjoy this home and it’s location.

Excellent property. My family stayed there for my daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue, Ashton Gardens. Location was great in a new, quiet neighborhood. Especially liked that there were 6 full bathrooms. Made getting ready easy. Well stocked, clean and everything worked.
