About this house rental
Located a stone's throw from Lake Lewisville. Enjoy those long Texas nights on any one of the three covered patios, including an over-sized upstairs balcony with spectacular views of the Lake. The home boasts many modern touches such as a waterfall kitchen island, and game area. A sizable backyard completes this truly impressive estate. The whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3700 square foot single family home has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The sprawling floor plan includes an ensuite FULL bath in EVERY bedroom and a full bath conveniently located in the 3-car garage. This home includes many clever and convenient accents, including a walk-through pantry, mudroom, large utility room, game room, separate office, and dual walk-in closets in the primary suite.
Each bedroom has a 50" smart tv.
Security Ring cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only the exterior of the house. Ring camera doorbell at the front door, 1 at the front the house, 1 in the front of the garage, another 1 facing the driveway and 2 facing the backyard. The 2 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the upstairs balcony, downstairs patio and hot tub. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.
We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. Though this house can sleep 20 or more people, there is an extra guest fee of $25 per head after the first 6 guests.

Great stay with wonderful kitchen space, usable three-car garage, plenty of bedroomsand bathrooms, cozy fireplace, large family room, and upstairs "den" area. It was clean and ready for us with easy access. Plenty of porch seating in front and back. Wonderful place for our large family gathering. We experienced no problems at all during our stay.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve had thus far with VRBO!! We came for a wedding at Knotting Hill. Sarah goes above and beyond in delivering excellence. First, the place, CLEAN! The linens smelled lovely and fresh, the place had the most awesome clean smell throughout. Extra bedding and linens if needed. Plenty place for a large family with kids or couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms, there are more than enough bathrooms! Even one in the garage, like whattt?? Amazing. Next, Sarah’s response time is impeccable any concerns or questions are handled promptly. We had a bridesmaid that left her Apple Watch, Sarah made sure we got it once recovered and with a smile! That’s not just customer service, that’s Excellent Service! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and her place to anyone. You will not be disappointed. The place is amazing!
