Minimum 6 night rental every year during the months of June July and August. Dates to coincide with Dreams Park baseball schedule
2 blocks from Cooperstown Charlotte Valley Railroad for seasonal attractions such as the Blues train, train robbery, Halloween and Christmas train and scenic view rides. and Rail Express peddle cars.
Located on a quiet side street. There are 5 bedrooms. First floor has 1 bedroom with Queen-size bed with a 1/2 bath. Plus a newly done full size bath. Second floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed, 1 with Queen-size beds 1 with 2 twin size beds and one with a set of bunk beds and 2 newly done full-baths. 1 spare room with a couch. Sleeps 10-11. TV in each bedroom and the parlor. Large dining room and eat in kitchen.
Full working kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, outside deck, picnic table, full yard and porch.

We enjoyed the charm of this home. About 7 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Well appointed kitchen. Loved having TV in all the bedrooms and living areas. Manager was very accommodating easy to deal with.

We had a lovely stay at the Cooperstown house. We were only there for 2 days and we had plenty of room to spread out. Only problem was the dishwasher leaked the day we went into Cooperstown but Charlie responded very quickly and everything worked out. He was very apologetic but honestly it could happen to anyone so we weren’t upset. This is a great house to stay in for families wanting to visit Baseball Hall of Fame.

Nice home close to Coopertown and they highway. The house clean, spacious and the porch was perfect to sit on and enjoy family time. I would recommend this property.
