Convenient location to dreams park, and very fun baseball memorabilia throughout the home. Plenty of room for us -2 people.
Bathroom was a disappointment- small, musty, sink didn’t drain.

The location to Cooperstown dreams park was ideal. It’s just a few miles south of the park. It was a perfect place for a small family. More than one kid would be too tiny. The lot is gorgeous and the village of Milford is walkable and so pretty. The baseball theme is perfect for families coming and going to dreams park.
The key pad lock was finicky. It always ended up working, but not without multiple attempts and patience. The shower is very small, but we’re a slender group.

The baseball memorabilia was very cool and made for a nice place to enjoy the hall of fame.
The listing said it had a pullout couch and a futon but it was really just cushions you could put on the floor. There was a bee infestation and I got stung. Also the tv did not work.
