Due to Seattle's status as a 2026 FIFA World Cup host city and the exceptionally high demand during match dates, this listing uses a Strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans.

- Security Deposit hold of up to $500 may be held depending on number and rating of past reviews (mandatory for June-July 2026). Hold will be held by Host on Guest's Credit Card (will read Copper Key Properties)
- The entire townhome is included in this rental with the exception of the garage. Guests will be granted access via a smart lock.
- For extended stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh cleaning will be arranged and scheduled in advance. This light service includes fresh linens, towels, and a general tidy-up to maintain the comfort and quality our guests enjoy.The listed cleaning fee applies to shorter stays; for longer visits, refresh details and costs will be discussed prior to confirming your reservation.
