This 40 m² cottage, on a raised ground floor with independent access, consists of a bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with a heated towel rail and hairdryer, a bright living room with a 130 cm sofa bed, a television and DVD player, and a fully equipped open kitchen.

A storage room on the garden level provides storage for bicycles (2) and laundry.
Outside, an enclosed garden shared with the owner, a garden with lounge furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue, extends the serenity of the setting.
Baby equipment is provided upon request. Pets (except cats) are welcome, but only one is permitted.
Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove and electric radiators.
