We go to Destin every summer and this will be our go to hone from now on. Close to crab island, restaurants, and the beach. The dock out back and porches made this place in my opinion. I loved drinking my coffee and having my boat right out my back door! It was exactly as stated.

Nice neighborhood and clean house. My kids had a blast fishing off the dock. Would definitely recommend

The property was fine but there was a lot of needed TLC to the property, unfinished projects. I expected more from a property of that price range.
