If you have ever dreamed of California Living… This is it!! This is the ULTIMATE beach house with an exceptional oceanfront lifestyle. Located in the coveted Sunset Cliffs area, with an oceanfront view of crashing waves and seemingly endless ocean views. This luxurious home is a place of magic in one of the best spots in Southern California and has one of the most dramatic ocean views in all of San Diego. Plenty of oceanfront hiking directly from our unit.
We are located less than a mile from downtown Ocean Beach, a relaxed beach town with plenty of restaurants, shops and one of San Diego's finest and largest farmers market. 5 minute drive to Sea World, 20 minute drive to San Diego Zoo or downtown San Diego.

We had the best time staying at this Ocean Beach spot! The location couldn’t have been better—right across from the water with incredible ocean views right from the sofa. We spent many mornings and evenings just relaxing and watching the waves.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a laid-back beach getaway. It was also a great home base to explore San Diego—we were a quick drive to places like the zoo, downtown, and La Jolla, but always looked forward to coming back to the chill OB vibe. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for ocean views, good energy, and easy access to all that San Diego has to offer. Thank for a great stay!

This was a great location with a garage for parking. The condo was great for our family of 4 due to the proximity to all things in San Diego and the views of the beach.Not being from California it was surprising that there was no AC and I wasn't prepared for that, but they did provide fans in every room as well as additional fans. Owners were great and accommodating to us moving from one location to another in the middle of the stay!

The location, views and cleanliness made our stay a wonderful experience. To open the windows at night and fall asleep to the crashing waves made for a relaxing time. The owner was prompt in communication. It was easy to find and easy to leave as the instructions were clear. Highly recommend!

This condo was hands-down the best rental I've ever booked! Not only was it essentially hanging over the ocean with the best imaginable views, but the interior was spotless and comfortable, and it was in an incredible location. Rick and Julie are such gracious hosts. I was here with a business partner for a conference, and it was such a JOY to come back to this place every night. I'm already planning my next stay!

From the moment we walked in we were very impressed! This place is very cute, clean and cozy. The beds were phenomenal, which makes a huge difference, especially when you are listening to waves crashing all night long, while sleeping! I can’t thank Rick and Julie for a fantastic time as we were celebrating seven years of being cancer clean for my brother!! So this was a very important trip for us! Opening the doors to a beautiful view and listening to the waves and the location were perfect! It was very easy to get around to the beach, restaurants, and Uber anywhere needed if you don’t rent a car, which we did not. Even though we did not get to see a sunset due to cloudy weather, it was so worth it! Thank you once again for your hospitality and opening up your beautiful home to us! Our experience at this property was nothing short of amazing. Right from the start, we were greeted with a welcome basket filled with delicious treats that immediately made us feel at home. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after our days out exploring. However, what truly set this stay apart were the stunning sunset views that we were fortunate enough to witness - easily the most breathtaking we've ever seen. As someone involved in the hospitality industry and frequent travelers, we've stayed in numerous rental homes, but this property stands out as the best experience we've had to date. The convenience of having shops, groceries, and a variety of restaurants nearby was a huge plus for us. We particularly enjoyed our daily brunches at Breakfast Republic, which were consistently delicious. The location offered an array of activities - from relaxing in the chairs at Dog Beach to exploring the Zoo, Downtown, and witnessing the Seals and Sea Lions at La Jolla. Not to mention, the hiking opportunities in Torrey Pines were fantastic. The Nolans, our hosts, were wonderful from beginning to end, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. In conclusion, if you're considering booking this property, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. The combination of the property's features, its location, and the exceptional hospitality provided by the Nolans make it a top choice for anyone looking to have an unforgettable stay.

Situated on a gorgeous oceanfront cliff ,near restaurants and busy Ocean Beach but very private. The condo is well laid out , with crashing waves/ beautiful views and constant breezes. Interior is immaculate with thoughtful touches ( coffee and granola bars, lots of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, shaving cream!) that make living here effortless. We appreciated the garage space with automatic opener. Thank you! Cannot wait to book again.

This rental is a huge winner! It's all about the views and the beach vibe here. Great vacation spot. Great property manager. The bright and airy condo has everything and then some, including a parking spot in an attached garage! The amenities are outstanding, including soaps, shampoo, welcome snacks, a makeup mirror, and the list goes on. Every detail is covered. Ocean Beach is a thriving beach community, with lots of shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby. What's not to love!

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at Rick and Julie’s place! The apartment was perfect for our family and the location was beautiful. I could have sat on the sofa and watched the ocean all day! The neighbors were all very friendly and kind and we were surprised at how quiet the building was. We really appreciated the peacefulness! Rick was very quick with communication as well. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

The host has several adjoining places, and we had a chance to meet one of the owners. Her wonderful friendliness probably says it all; the place was immaculate, and as advertised. The unit overlooks the Pacific, and had great views. The only thing the host could not do was prevent some cloudy skies, but otherwise, we had a great stay, and will definitely stay again.
