Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
- No other type of animals allowed.
📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $500 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)

This is a very nice cabin in a convenient location. We brought 5 people and a dog and there was plenty of room. Great views, jacuzzi was fun, cabin was clean. Kids loved the ice hockey table, kitchen had everything we needed, and the firepit was cozy. If I could knitpick, it could use some TLC as for minor maintenance (had a couple bulbs out/baby gate worn/TP holder was loose) all minor things we didnt want to bug owner about. 5 stars overall for us, we enjoyed it.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Cushy Cabin. The property is beautiful. Although there are other houses nearby, we never heard other people. It felt quiet and remote while still being close to the fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The bedrooms were all very nice with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no problem finding pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The kids loved the movie/game room and watched their World Cup games on the big screen in the recliner movie seats. Great location for accessing activities in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. Communication from the host was clear and so helpful as we approached our stay. We would definitely come back for another stay!

House is perfect for large or small family. Serene back porches with lovely views where you can sit for hours. Convenient location to park without the crowds. Host was very attentive and the week we stayed for our daughters wedding was everything we could have hoped for.
