🔥 Firewood Not Provided: Feel free to enjoy the firepit, but please bring your own firewood.
🕓 Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM - On back-to-back booking days, we’re unable to offer early check-in or late check-out so our cleaners can work their magic in this large cabin. If there's flexibility, we’ll let you know — we always try to accommodate when we can!
🚗 Mountain Access Note: The cabin sits on a gentle mountain road with a few narrow turns. While any vehicle can access it, we recommend 4WD or snow chains during winter months if snow or ice is in the forecast.

Where to begin?! I had easy contact access to the host. The host was fast to response. Emergency numbers and information about the house was posted on the fridge. This was home away from home! It was so inviting, beautiful and literally the list could go on and on. Everything was clean like brand new. It had everything you needed to feel like home. Perfect place for a family with still lots of space. Having ADHD I appreciated some things being labeled and if there were instructions it was easy to understand. Plenty of ways to stay entertained here at The Double Down. We love the indoor pool, theater room and game room. The massage chair was cherry on top of the cake by the way. We will definitely be back!!!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at, everything was labeled by the cleaners and easy to find, the pool and hot tub was clean and ready for use, plenty of space and room where 8 people was comfortable and not on top of each other, the owner responded extremely quickly to any message, as well as checking in to make sure everything was going good and that we didn't need anything, my family will definitely be staying here again as well as any other properties they manage, I can not stress enough how amazing these cleaners and host was! Made our stay easy, and extremely enjoyable, wish I could give them more than 5 stars

This property is a rare find—truly a luxurious mountain retreat just outside Pigeon Forge. We’ve stayed in many high-end rentals with similar amenities (indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, theater), but this was the first that also offered such an expansive outdoor space. The two-acre lot made a huge difference for our family, with a playground, horseshoe pit, and fire pit giving the kids plenty of room to run, explore, and play.The highlight of our trip was an unexpected snow day, and this property made it unforgettable. The kids had endless space for snowball fights, building snowmen, and making snow angels—it honestly felt like our own private winter wonderland. In the evenings, the privacy and quiet really stood out. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind without ever feeling crowded or close to neighbors, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful.After a long day hiking and summiting Mt. LeConte, the massage chair was a total game changer—such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.The hosts were excellent throughout—communicative, responsive, and genuinely focused on making our stay enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, amenity-packed mountain getaway.
