This modern and stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips and conveniently located in downtown New Albany just a few minutes across the river from downtown Louisville. This spacious residence features a beautifully remodeled interior with clean lines and modern inspired furnishings. There are 4 large bedrooms with high ceilings and walk in closets and 3 full bathrooms. It is just a few blocks away from a variety of local shops, restaurants, and breweries, and music venues. Visit the local farmer's market in the morning and enjoy some great live music and drinks in the evening.

We had a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything was so convenient—easy walk to the river, downtown, and Mansion Mile, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and enjoyable without needing to drive everywhere. Plus, being just about a 15-minute drive to Louisville was a huge bonus.The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. You can tell care has been put into making it a welcoming spot.Honestly, we could have used a longer stay—it went by too fast. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

This was an excellent place for my family to get together and visit for a few days. The host was very responsive. The kitchen appliances seemed to be all new and the bathrooms and bedrooms were in excellent shape! The living room had lots of chairs with a large table and the outside playing space was trimmed clean and ready to go. Lots of fun! Thanks!!

Very nice interior with plenty of room for 3 or 4 couples. We enjoyed the fire pit and the well stocked kitchen!
