Originally the Ludlow Schoolhouse #8 in 1830, this home was converted in 1930 & most recently, fully renovated in 2023. You’ll love the new kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. This home boasts four cozy bedrooms, a second floor bonus room with TV, and a dedicated workspace. We provide the coffee & get you started with soaps; linens and towels are also provided. We take great pride in our home, and our cleaning standards are beyond expectation. You’ll love your stay here: far enough away to hear the crickets at night, yet close enough to town for all your needs and attractions.

We really enjoyed staying at the Schoolhouse over Christmas to be close to family! It was very cozy, had all the appliances and dishes we needed in the kitchen to make Christmas dinner, and we loved the historical setting. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place. Everything is new and updated. Very nice. Fire pit is great. We had a great time. Check in and out was super easy.

We were in town for the NCSAA tournament. 15 minutes to Athletes in Action and 15 minutes from Cedarville University. Great location, home and hosts
