Originally the Ludlow Schoolhouse #8 in 1830, this home was converted in 1930 & most recently, fully renovated in 2023. You’ll love the new kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. This home boasts four cozy bedrooms, a second floor bonus room with TV, and a dedicated workspace. We provide the coffee & get you started with soaps; linens and towels are also provided. We take great pride in our home, and our cleaning standards are beyond expectation. You’ll love your stay here: far enough away to hear the crickets at night, yet close enough to town for all your needs and attractions.

We held my son’s graduate school family gathering at the house. It was just perfect! The fire pit was the hit of the evening and was very comfortable. All the bedrooms are well appointed with plenty of charging stations. We appreciated the extra folding chairs for dinner. There was even a high chair if you need one. Everything was well marked with where to find supplies. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was just what my crew needed for a trip to the Wright Brothers museum, bike trails and breweries. Beautiful, well maintained private grounds with an amazing fire pit area. The beds were comfortable, kitchen is huge and nicely appointed and every room felt like it was recently updated. Communication with the host was timely, friendly and informative. Zero regrets!

We really enjoyed staying at the Schoolhouse over Christmas to be close to family! It was very cozy, had all the appliances and dishes we needed in the kitchen to make Christmas dinner, and we loved the historical setting. Would definitely stay here again!
