Beautiful view of loch from upstairs in house and seat in garden. Cosy and warm. Very good for wildlife on loch, including otters and porpoises. Relaxing break.

Down a track alongside the beautiful Loch Fyne you come across the cottage. Set in a lovely and quiet setting with great views across the Loch from the beach or your own private garden seat at the shores edge. The cottage is warm and cosy and has all you need for a stay away from home. The track continues for quite a few miles each way so great for walks with the dog. Loved it and will be back.

I feel in love with the photos advertised on the site as they highlighted what appeared to be a beautiful large enclosed garden but upon arrival we encountered a small enclosed garden that was 'surrounded by the owners garden'. Not what we wanted or needed for our dog. This meant we could not relax by the water as the dog could wander off. Plus the lochside bench area is not part of the garden and is accessed by crossing the small road outside. The house itself was in need of some TLC. The upstairs window had a sign on it telling you not to open it and there were two very noisy carbon monoxide detectors upstairs. There was a strong smell of dampness in the utility room, which strangely housed the microwave. There was instructions for covid cleaning but non of the bags for bedding were provided. We definitely won't return to this cottage!
