Spacious 1-bedroom condo with rooftop terrace. Enjoy panoramic ocean and hillside views. Perfect for couples looking for those coveted ocean views at a budget price.

Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping, and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
The main floor of the condo is perched high above the Coco Sunset Hills gated community. Enter into the open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Just off the living space is the bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and a 3-piece bathroom. Enjoy ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. Head upstairs to the spacious rooftop terrace with a covered seating area, lounge chairs, a BBQ and mini-fridge, and a combination washer/dryer. The condo comes equipped with all linens including beach towels, bath towels, and bedding. There is wifi throughout the condo, as well as in the common pool areas.
Please note that with rooftop views comes a bit of a climb. This unit is accessed via a staircase and is, unfortunately, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

We loved our condo great location , great view , clean , near the beach ... one complaint not about the condo but about the complex ... there was loose gravel all over the driveway and I rolled my ankle an had to have surgery and I understood from other residents that this has been a complaint for a long time ... I forwarded my concerns to the property agent but did not recieve a response ... this would not deture me from returning to Costa Rica and this area it is lovely and the people are wonderful ... just maybe should check on this safety hazzard .. thank you

Small but efficient one bedroom condo with a large rooftop patio and a nice view. Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Nice gated community with at least 4 pools. We lost water 3 times which was inconvenient.

The condo was clean, contained basic essentials and the patio has great views of the surrounding area. The complex is maintained, pools are clean and 24 hr security. The condo is very tight with the bedroom having essentially no closet space or room to store a suitcase. It is important to note that the listing says 990 sq. ft. and this includes 495 sq. ft of patio. Combining the size of the patio and the actual condo living space is misleading at best.
