Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

This is our second year with Rich Coast. They have been very good to deal with and whenever asked a question it was answered. The units are very well equipped with all cooking utensils you will need and any other amenities. We have booked again for next year and looking forward to it .

Great view and location. Great sunsets off the upper deck! Property managers always responded when there was issues. The place was some what dated and not clean when we arrived. We did have problems with hot water and the washing machine. They were nice enough to extend our checkout time because of these problems.
