Step inside this beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom corner unit condo in Phoenix East and you’ll have a front-row seat to Orange Beach’s most breathtaking gulf views. Watch the dolphins play as the boats go through Perdido Pass. Greet each morning outside on your beach front wrap-around balcony or grab a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening, and take in the incredible bay views from your additional balcony outside the master suite. This property enjoys a truly unbeatable location near many great restaurants and boutique shops as well as boat rentals and fishing charters. Or you can spend your days onsite enjoying the numerous amenities of the Phoenix East including the multiple beachfront and indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, BBQ area, tennis courts, and fitness center.
Come home each evening to a large well-equipped updated kitchen with granite countertops and a stainless steel refrigerator. Relax in the spacious living room with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy family time with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large flat screen TV and entertainment center with movies and a DVD player.
When it’s time for rest there is plenty of room for the entire family to get a good night’s sleep. The large Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, full ensuite bathroom and sliding glass door access to your own private balcony with amazing bay views. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a king size bed and also has a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. If the 3 big bedrooms aren’t enough there is also a comfortable queen pull-out sofa.
Enjoy the added convenience of a full-size washer and dryer, allowing you to pack lightly and leave plenty of room for souvenirs.
