This three bedroom two bathroom unit is the perfect getaway for your next beach vacation!

o Two leather couches and two recliners provide plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the gulf views from the floor to ceiling windows.
o The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a custom backsplash add to the beauty of this unit.
o A wooden table with six chairs sits in the dining area and three stools are available at the bar area for extra seating.
o The master bedroom is carpeted with a king size bed and access to the balcony.
o The master bathroom has an extra large vanity and a separate room for showering.
o This unit is equipped with washer a dryer.
o The second bedroom is carpeted with two queen beds, beautiful drapery, flat screen tv, and beautiful views.
o The guest bathroom is a standard bath.
o The third bedroom is carpeted with two twin wooden sleigh beds. A dresser with mirror sits against the wall and a flat screen tv sits in front of both beds.
o The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, lounger and gorgeous views.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We really enjoyed our stay with our family of 7 with a Mother-in-law and grandchild. Beautiful condo with awesome views. We were not able to use the smart TVs to watch streaming apps and there seemed to be a remote missing. We had to link our laptop to the tv. I do need to mention that we had to call several times about loud music and partying at the pool and balconies below us the night before we left to come home and was told they would have to get security from another property to come check it out. It was almost midnight at the time and not sure that anyone every came.
