Birch House, situated just outside of the beautiful lively village of St Agnes and only 1.5 miles from the coast, is a stunning and contemporary holiday home, tastefully designed with everything you need for the perfect holiday in Cornwall.
The property is reverse level, with a spacious king-size bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room, alongside a fresh and airy twin bedroom with a Smart television, perfect for those lazy mornings.
Head upstairs to the bright, open-plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and exposed stunning wooden beams, where you can gaze out to the views over the charming countryside and the distant sea beyond. Sit back, relax and take in your surroundings from the large balcony whilst enjoying your morning coffee, or catch the last of the fading sunshine with a refreshing glass of wine.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the perfect base to cook up a delicious feast for family and friends, and with the dining area not far away, you can enjoy the company whilst doing so. The trendy sitting room area has generous comfortable seating, a Smart television and a cosy wood burning stove to settle next to after a long day of exploring.
Birch House has a small grassed garden area at the front of the property as well as a private gravelled garden towards the back of the property, with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining.

Please note that to get to the town of St Agnes, there is a short walk on the main road (Roughly 0.2 miles).
As you approach Presingoll Barns, you may notice building works on a neighbouring site. While these works are outside the property grounds, guests staying at Birch House may occasionally notice some noise, particularly when outdoors. Any disruption is expected to be minimal, and our pricing reflects this. The working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

We spent a lovely week in this gorgeous accommodation. We had a very comfortable stay with all home from home comforts.

As Cornwall newbies, we wanted somewhere that gave us good driving access to different parts of Cornwall for day trips. St Agnes was perfect and Birch House was just perfect and a wonderfully comfortable home from home to return to each evening. Very well equipped, immaculately clean, modern and with every possible home comfort.

We had a brilliant week at Birch House, the house was incredibly clean and very well equipped. It has a great layout with some lovely views over farm land and the sea in the distance. Very slight grumble there was no welcome pack although it was mentioned in the guest book - COVID restriction maybe?
Situated just outside St Agnes about a 15 mins walk into the village - easy walk although the first part is along the road which can get quite busy maybe not good if you have small children. St Agnes is a real gem with lots of places to eat and drink - the beach is gorgeous a lovely little cove again with a choice of places to eat and drink.
Would definitely go back in the future.
