Extremely close to Walt Disney World! Our lovely Lakeside Villa is located in Oak Island Harbor in the Formosa Gardens Area. This two story home is situated on a quiet, tree lined street less than 1/2 mile to Highway 192 with an abundance of shopping, attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition to the close proximity to Disney; this property is only minutes to Universal and SeaWorld Orlando.
Our gas heated*, fully screened pool and deck area overlooks the lake and a large fountain that is illuminated in the evening. The view is amazing! The partially shaded lanai has a ceiling fan above a table and four chairs for comfortable outdoor dining. Additionally there are four chaise loungers. Pool towels are provided. All pool doors have child safety alarms. There is also outdoor access to a bathroom from the pool deck.
The spacious living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a 65” flat screen Smart TV (with Roku Streaming Stick) and a DVD player. Note that all TV's are equipped with Roku Streaming Sticks so be sure to bring your streaming subscriptions. Vaulted ceiling with fan provides a great sense of openness. Sliding doors provide access to the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare and serve your meals at home. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Pots, pans, skillets and all cooking utensils provided with the home make preparing your morning breakfast or evening supper a breeze. The kitchen table seats 4 with seating for an additional 4 at the breakfast bar.
The first floor master suite includes a queen-size bed, large window looking out at the pool and lake, a flat screen TV (with Roku Streaming Stick) and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom also contains a chest of drawers with mirror, two night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, and a small desk with chair.
The spacious en-suite master bath has a tub with a separate shower and a double sink vanity.
Also on the first floor is the Mickey Mouse Themed bedroom with 2 twin beds and a small table.
The second ensuite bedroom is located on the second floor. It includes a queen sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan and TV (with Roku Streaming Stick).
This spacious en-suite master bath has a jetted tub with a separate shower and a double sink vanity.
The princess bedroom is located on the second floor and includes 2 twin beds and a bedside table and lamp with a flat screen TV (with Roku Streaming Stick). There is a large wall mural of the Disney Princesses.
Quality towels are provided in all the bathrooms.
Other amenities include cable, Internet access, WiFi, optional pool heating, a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and 24/7 access to the owners assuring your stay is worry free.

Wonderful location and view. Hosts were outstanding and really helpful. House is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Only gave 3 stars on cleanliness as it was clean but it didn’t feel like it had had a professional clean as other places we have stayed. Bedding smelt musty and old and master bed only a queen. Having said that don’t let it put you off booking as I’m sure this will be addressed.

This house was perfect for a short, family getaway to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday! The house was very clean, and comfortably accommodated our two families of 7. Everyone loved the game room and pool, and the house had everything we needed. Phil and Debbie were very responsive when we had questions, and we could not have been more pleased! We will certainly consider this house for future visits to Orlando!
