About this house rental
As NEW OWNERS we welcome you to Mickey's Lake Villa 2, our beautiful, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms pool home with game room and two master bedrooms. Our lake front home sleeps up to 8 people. We are located in prestigious Oak Island Harbor Community.
The large open kitchen contains everything you need to prepare and serve your meals at home. It has a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Pots, pans and all cooking utensils provided with the home make preparing your meal super easy and quick.
The family room is equipped with large flat screen TV, large couches and coffee table. Everything is nicely decorated. The spacious Family room leads into the covered lanai with an enclosed pool. The pool and patio overlooks the lake and beautiful fountain and is equipped with patio tables and lounges.
The master bedroom on the main floor comes fully furnished with queen size bed, overhead ceiling fan, side tables, lamps, flat screen TV, Jacuzzi tub, double shower and double sink.
The main floor also has the second bedroom with two twin beds. It is fully furnished with Mickey and Minnie mouse decorations. There is also full bath with shower.
On the second floor we have two other bedrooms. The first master suite bedroom is fully equipped and decorated with some modern and contemporary touches. Paris, London and New York is theme of this suite. There is a queen bed, TV, Jacuzzi tub and shower.
We didn't forget about our Princess bedroom. It is furnished with two white twin beds, TV and a lot of princess touches.
Pool Heating is optional for an additional charges of $30 per day.
Cleaning Fee of $165.

Amazing , big but cosy too for board games etc .Perfect location , you would never know you were so close to major shops , this is made even better by the lake you see from pool area .Hoping to return in the not too distant future .

The villa was brilliant and we loved our stay. Phil and Debbie are fantastic hosts and responded very quickly to every query. They couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay great. We will start saving now to come back

The house is perfect. Great location for everything regarding Disney parks. Easy access, quiet neighbourhood and easy and friendly contact with the owners. We will came back for sure.

The location of this property is great for Disney and the views are amazing, you can see the Disney fireworks over the lake on a clear night!
We found a few problems with the villa that were flagged up during our stay including light fittings that were broken and the pool table and table football tables broken etc. A repair man was sent round and did fix some of the problems like a broken shelf however we were told that the broken lights (only 1 out of the 4 bulbs in the room my daughter was in actually worked) and replacement batteries for other items would not be fixed as the owner would not pay for this. Also the pool table could not be used even after the repair man had been as all the balls would roll against the side cushion - apparently adding more cardboard under the adjustable feet still wouldn't fix the problem...
Disappointing taint on on otherwise good stay.
Please fix these small faults that mean the difference between a pleasurable stay and one which leaves a bad taste.
