Awesome Tiny house on Lake Conroe steps from the Lake

This property is a jewel. It is well kept, extremely kid friendly and the neighbors to it are some of the nicest people you will have a privilege to meet. I have stayed here just about every month for a weekend or more to see my children who live with my Ex and have built amazing memories. There are three large TVs so there is space for some to game and others to watch movies or shows. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus and detergent was supplied along with dryer wipes. The hostess is so kind and friendly and communicative before and after the visits and relays property updates as she receives them. I bring a cot and set it up in the loft and my teens and tweens set up a little game headquarters. I live comfortably here with my four kiddos. The lake access is very close but my kids prefer the pool and the swings. There is a community center with even more space but we have never needed to use it as we enjoy the cozy space this tiny home gives.

Great location and the Hostess is super awesome and quick with replies and park updates they receive from waters edge.

This is the best location to stay in the Conroe Area. I always try to reserve here when I come to see my kids.

Host was very nice, House was ok. The TV in the back room was broken so that kinda stunk. Upon entry I noticed some broken or damaged items and addressed them with the host so I was not blamed. It was a quiet stay no drama. The bed could use better pillows hahah. Overall decent I would stay again. Also I think that the home should have access to cable or streaming services at the least. (I had to watch my phone)
