This listing is for our FABULOUS 950 Ft 1 BR, 2 Bath CORNER Penthouse on the TOP 38th Floor of Tower 3 with FULL Strip and Sphere Views from the FLOOR TO CEILING Glass windows and a private balcony.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not 420 friendly. The Signature is a NON Smoking property. If you are going to smoke any substance there are designated areas outside downstairs. If we, Signature or cleaning staff, detects any evidence of smoke of any kind in this suite, we will charge you $500 and you agree to not dispute this if you rent this suite. You are also subject to mandatory eviction without refund. Please be considerate of other guests and DO NOT RISK this.

THIS IS A TOP FLOOR STRIP and Sphere VIEW PENTHOUSE(we also own the adjoining Jr. Suite Penthouse, 3803) in Tower 3, the last tower built at the MGM Signature. Formerly owned by a Professional Basketball player and ESPN Commentator, this is the ACTUAL CONDO you will get; there is No BETTER PENTHOUSE with Finer Strip, Sphere or F1 Views at the MGM Signature!

The pullout Queen couch with memory foam in the living room sleeps an additional 2 guests and there is an additional bath/shower in the main living area for a total of 2 bathrooms in this Suite.
Plush, comfortable, private King bedroom with luxurious bedding and featuring a pillow top mattress.
Master bathroom features fabulous over sized, luxurious Jacuzzi whirlpool tub/shower. Marble and granite topped vanities with dual sinks. Separate shower and toilet in water closet. TV in bathroom.

2nd granite/marble bath in Main living area with full sized shower.
Queen sofa bed in living room with gel memory foam mattress.

Free Parking for one car. Please note that if the Signature garage is full; Signature staff will route all guests to the complimentary MGM Grand garage and guests must walk back from there. This happens usually later at night or on weekends if Signature garage capacity is full.
Must be 25 to book this condo. ID and credit card are required to check in. Please ensure that your name that we have matches the name on your ID as this is the name we enter into the MGM Signature system. No third party bookings are allowed-the person booking the property must check in at the property-we can not change the name on the reservation. The Signature takes a temporary $100/nt hold when you are checking in for damages/items you may charge to the room, etc..
Once paid in full, we will email you simple check in instructions and you will check in at the MGM Signature and have access to all Signature amenities.
SERVICES provided: This is a privately owned suite and as required by MGM Signature, all such suites are cleaned and serviced by a private licensed, cleaning company. All linens are included as are starter supplies of paper products, shampoo and soaps.. Your reservation includes a check out clean only;. The MGM Signature does not service this suite or any privately owned, self managed suites. As such there is no daily cleaning, turn down service or ability to request additional service items from the MGM Signature or us such as extra towels, extra paper products, coffee, or toiletries. If you need extras we suggest you bring them or purchase them nearby. You may request a refresh or towel exchange during your stay at your cost subject to availability with our private cleaning company.. Stays 7 days or longer are allowed complimentary use of washer and dryers at the MGM Signature....ask us about this option.

The room was fantastic! Clean and quiet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The host had excellent communication. We did not visit the pool or the immediate dining area. This is a property with no gambling on-site/in the building which is what we wanted. Price was reasonable for the location and amenities. We had a great view of the Sphere. Would definitely choose this unit again.

Had such an excellent time! So much to do in Vegas, so little time inside the actual room but gorgeous views, comfortable, spacious! Ubers/lyfts do come to the 3rd tower- you’ll just have to tell them, otherwise i definitely suggest the monorail !!

First time staying at a condo in Vegas and was pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was. Everything that was stated was in deed true at this property and would recommend it to anyone.
