* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for a price.
* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies.
* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.
* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

The entire process was easy, efficient, and just as advertised. We would stay here again. You can walk to the MGM Grand, Top Golf is a 3-minute walk, and Uber has an easy pickup.

I have stayed at the MGM Signature Towers about 20 days scattered over the last 10 years. I think it's one of the best locations in Las Vegas as there's no gambling or gambling machines in the building. It was impossible for me to message the host or unit owner but I didn't have any problems or complaints so it didn't become necessary. The building is starting to show signs of where as it is probably 20 years old. During my next business trip I will be back at the signature.

Closest to MGM Grand, beautiful grounds, many places to sit outside. Valet parking was complementary for us, which was awesome. Bed was comfy, as were all the furnishings. We loved where we stayed.
