Welcome to Beach Lawn Cottage, an iconic oceanfront escape on beautiful Saint Simons Island, where coastal elegance meets modern comfort in a newly reimagined setting. Freshly renovated and expanded with an additional bedroom and bathrooms, this luxury retreat now features six spacious bedrooms and six full bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 12 guests to relax, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of the coast.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are strictly limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Spring Break groups and other events such as weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, etc., are strictly prohibited and enforced by the HOA

This is a very nice property. The cleaners were still there, and taking up multiple parking spaces with their truck..Also, with three floors, it would have been nice if the elevator has worked. On the positive side, the management did have some people there to help us with luggage. The kitchen was decently appointed, except it lacked even basic spices, and the hose sprayer would spray you. They came and worked on that, and on the elevator, but didnt fix either thing permanently. Pretty disappointing.

What a perfect beach house for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildren! The view alone would have made the week special for all of us, but then there was the comfortable spaciousness of the gathering spaces, the fabulously supplied kitchen, the bedroom configurations, the cupboard full of games, the easy access to the pool, beach, and village...all adding up to a beautiful family memory.
