The Space:
The spacious living room (32' x 24') is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a game of pool on the quality 9' Slate Pool Table or unwind with your favorite shows on the new 75" Smart TV.
This cabin offers unparalleled privacy with five separate bedrooms, ensuring a peaceful retreat for everyone. Climate control is provided by a heat pump, offering both air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. To enhance your stay, we've included a portable whole-house dehumidifier to improve air conditioning efficiency during warmer months, and a portable whole-house air purifier to ensure the air you breathe is fresh and clean.
Guest access
You'll have the whole cabin to yourselves! That means all five bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, and the kitchen are all yours to enjoy. Plus, there's free parking right on site, with space for at least 3-4 cars and even a boat trailer. We've made it easy to arrive with a luggage drop-off area right at the entrance. And don't forget, you can relax in the backyard enjoying two firepits, and have easy access to the lake and river.
The neighborhood
The area around the Cabin is secluded on a back road with Cabin tucked into the woods overlooking Indian River.
Getting around
Getting around is easiest with a car or truck. We offer free parking on the premises, making it simple to explore the area at your own pace. While public transportation options are limited in this rural setting, the freedom of having your own vehicle allows you to fully enjoy the surrounding natural beauty and nearby attractions.
Other things to note
For your convenience, there's a second refrigerator and freezer in the living room, perfect for extra drinks and food, or to store your fresh catch! Enjoy a 55" Smart TV in the kitchen/dining area. We take care of all the garbage, so you don't have to worry about disposal. A swimming ladder has been added to the dock for easier access, based on guest feedback.

I'm readily available throughout your stay! You can easily reach me via phone or text message whenever you need anything. For quicker responses, texting is usually best. Plus, my property manager lives just a short 15-minute drive away, offering extra support if needed.

The house was spectacular, plenty accommodating for 9 adults. We had an excellent vacation in this spacious house with a beautiful view. It was so quiet and relaxing. Loved sleeping in the “nature bedroom” overlooking the river. We enjoyed visting Alex Bay and local wineries as well as just hanging out at the house.
