About this apartment rental
This 18th century apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon, in the Chiado neighborhood. It was refurbished with all the amenities to make you feel comfortable but we kept some original features in order to enjoy the historical character of the building, like the original shutters from the 18th century.
The air conditioning (hot and cold air), wi-fi, cable TV will allow you to always feel cozy.

Perfect Location! Can’t say enough about this place. It’s the perfect size - right in the heart of the old part of town. Everything is walking distance. The place was super clean, had air conditioning and a bedroom fan… was easy to check in/out. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good location, many proximal sights within 10-15 min train/bus rides. A little bit longer of walks but still ideal for old Lisbon experience. Convenient restaurants downstairs of quality service and food. The home offers most of your needs, apart from a dryer which is understandable. The main space offers a split duct AC unit which worked most of the time and a fan for the bedroom on hotter days. The communication with Brigida was optimal and highly appreciated.Our only main concern was the quality of upkeep the space offers in terms of the bathroom and living space which could have been cleaner and fresher.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. A cozy, charming stay close to shops and restaurants. However I didn’t have to walk far because the restaurant in the building (Oficina do Duque) is amazing and the staff are friendly and go the extra mile I enjoyed 3 dinners here. You must try to Oxtail. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. The owner is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. There is also an office that they will let you store your luggage if needed. It is a little noisy at night because of foot traffic walking by, but I put in my earplugs or music on and I was fine. It would be impossible to find a place in Lisbon without people around in the evening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 💗 thank you for a wonderful stay

We liked the original style of the property and the size of the apartment met our needs.For feedback to the owner: The seating was not comfortable and the shower as reported leaked onto the bathroom floor.The area is lively with lots of restaurants and access to transportation was excellentVisit Gunpowder restaurant for first class service and food choice.Thanks to the host for excellent communication T
