Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• Washcloths are not provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

The condo was as shown on the listing. However, after emailing the ID of all adults staying (6) prior to arriving, it was not specified that the condo came with only one parking space and that we would have to pay for additional parking. This was not a major issue except that it made the check in process more complicated and lengthy in that the front desk had to first find/wait for additional parking to become available because the building appeared full and after obtaining parking, we had to pay additional fees for parking which was inexpensive. If I would have known when booking, we would have made arrangements to decrease the number of vehicles. Furthermore, because the key fob for the elevator was in the condo and we were all on different levels in the parking garage, we had issues getting to the condo initially on the elevator. The August app I was instructed to download did not work on the elevator. Overall, great location, great view, clean, stocked well except no wash cloths, and accommodated 8 comfortably as stated in the listing. I would stay again.
